Sean F. Rommel is a co-founding member of Wyly~Rommel Dispute Resolution Center and the Wyly~Rommel, PLLC, law firm. Sean began his legal career in 1994 in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, first as a claims officer and then in the Trial Defense Service, representing soldiers facing adverse administrative actions and criminal courts-martial.
In 1998, Sean began clerking for the Honorable David Folsom, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, in Texarkana. Beginning in late 1999, his legal practice has been comprised of complex federal and state litigation involving commercial/business litigation, internet and cyber-privacy disputes, the Arkansas Opioid crisis, consumer class actions, representation of professionals, contract disputes, personal injury, employment disputes, and health-care liability claims. In 2024, Sean was named to the Texas Super Lawyers list.
Having represented plaintiff and defendant parties comprised of individuals, state and national classes of individuals, professionals, corporate entities, business clients, and/or local and state governments, as a neutral Sean brings his years of litigation experience to the resolution services offered by Wyly~Rommel Dispute Resolution Center.
